Henry Dittmer

Co-Founder, Executive & Engineer

Background:

Henry has a Masters in Electrical Engineering and over 30 years of both engineering and executive experience in product development. He has established several Program Management Offices (PMO), Quality Management systems, and enterprise level offer development processes. He has led multi-location international teams, is a firm advocate of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and has been a CTO and COO of small startups.

Henry is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Production Owner (CSPO), and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC), as well as a MBTI Certified Practioner.

Steve Spearman

Co-Founder, Agile Coach & Trainer

Background:

Steve has a Masters in Computer Science and a BA in Psychology.

His certifications include: PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC).

Robin Guthrie

Principal, Program Management Professional, Agile Coach & Trainer

Background:

After a "first career" with the National Park Service as a backcountry ranger in Grand Canyon and Rocky Mountain National Parks, Robin built a career in Program Management and brings that experience to bear with Swift Ascent.

Robin holds a degree in English from Colorado State University, and current Certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile-Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC)
